FIVE MILLION INCIDENTS

Five Million Incidents was a year-long series of events, organized by Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi and Kolkata. Conceived in collaboration with Raqs Media Collective, it invited experimentation with the possibilities of public space, time, media, communication and interaction.

As an actant chosen for the Five Million Incidents project in the year 2019, I conducted a workshop at Goethe-Institut, with participants engaging with the process of creating a zero-waste garment inspired by an intuitive paper folding practice. As participants from the non-design field, the result of the workshop was inspirational and brought a different perspective to my research practice.
